Please send consultations to our office via fax 250-364-8155. We will notify your office that we have received the referral by a return fax and appointment date. We may ask that you contact your patient about their appointment with us.

For urgent consultations, please call the office to bring the consult to our immediate attention and we can have our surgeon call you back.
